Focus on the Good Things is a 4 week course that will help you live a more encouraged life by developing your ability to meditate on good things like the Bible tells us to do in Philippians 4:6-8.

The course includes a blog, downloadable workbook and 4 video lessons recorded live in our online community.

Jamila Jackson

Jamila is a motivational speaker, personal development coach and the founder of loved+blessed. When her lifelong dream of motherhood was devastated by an infertility diagnosis, she found herself depressed, discouraged and feeling alone.
